Background

My-Linh has over 10 years of experience in training and education. She has a Master of Education (M.Ed.) degree from the University of California, Riverside. My-Linh has served in positions such as International Peer Advisor, Training Assistant, Training Coordinator, and Program Group Leader/Educator.  She has worked for UC Riverside Environmental Health and Safety, UC Training and Education Center of Excellence, as well as, Global Partners Institute U.S. /International Studies Abroad Japan.   In addition, My-Linh has had marketing experience as part of the Marketing Team of UC Riverside’s Associated Students Program Board and as Director of Marketing of the UC Riverside Student Alumni Association.

Description

My-Linh participates as training, education, or instructional design professional in a systemwide program or project. She selects technologies and tools, creates supportive learning activities, and develops new training in response to the University's needs. In collaboration with others, My-Linh creates multimedia content and produces according to an established schedule. She analyzes needs and develops recommendations to address a wide range of training issues. My-Linh provides the support for testing courses to ensure they are functional, designed for learning in mind, and compliant with learning management systems.
