Translation Services

Risk & Safety Training can provide translations of various training materials.  We offer a hassle-free way to translate your documents into several languages, thanks to our AI-based language translator.

We support three different text formats, including PDF, Word (.docx), and PowerPoint (.pptx), allowing you to choose the one that suits you best. Please note that images within the documents will not be translated and will remain in their original language.

Translation Request Process

1. Complete the Translation Services Request form. 
2. Upload original document(s) to the SharePoint Folder 
Our upload tool is very convenient, with a file size limit of 20mb per file.

Once we receive your request, our team will reach out to you with any questions we may have and provide you with an estimate on when the project will be completed.

Translations from Risk & Safety Training Center of Excellence (COE) are prepared by third party translators. While reasonable efforts are made to provide accurate translations, portions may be incorrect. Some files, and other items cannot be translated including but not limited to download guides and technical articles, graphic features, and photos. In addition, some applications and/or services may not work as expected when translated due to language restrictions.
