Rachel participates as a training, education, or instructional design professional in a systemwide program or project. She selects technologies and tools, creates supportive learning activities, and develops new training in response to the University's needs. In collaboration with others, Rachel creates multimedia content and produces according to an established schedule. She analyzes needs and develops recommendations to address a wide range of training issues. Rachel provides the support for testing courses to ensure they are functional, designed for learning in mind, and compliant with learning management systems.
