Cassandra has over ten years of experience in education, training, and analytical work with the University of California. She previously served as a training assistant and as an Analyst for the Environmental Health & Safety department at University of California, Riverside. Her experience includes: database creation and management for multiple systems, report generation, compliance reporting, webpage management, publications and marketing, and curriculum development. Additionally, Cassandra has expertise in nutrition, health, and wellness education. She obtained her Master's Degree in Nutrition & Dietetics from Loma Linda University and is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist. She is also a Certified Personal Trainer and Registered Yoga Teacher.

Cassandra participates as a training, education, and instructional design professional in systemwide programs and projects. She produces educational materials in a variety of blended learning formats for all centers of the University of California. Additionally, she helps provide accessible education resources that are customized for the University. Cassandra selects technologies and tools, creates supportive learning activities, and develops new training in response to the University's needs. In collaboration with others, Cassandra creates multimedia content and produces according to an established schedule. She analyzes needs and develops recommendations to address a wide range of training issues. Cassandra also provides the support for testing courses to ensure they are functional, designed for learning in mind, and compliant with learning management systems.
